Better Plan, Better Path, Better Rocky Hill.

A Vision Rooted in Progress. A Future Built Together.
Under Mayor Lisa Marotta’s leadership, Rocky Hill is not just growing, it’s thriving. Mayor Marotta has led Rocky Hill with vision, action, and a deep commitment to preserving what makes our town special while preparing it for an even brighter future.
Under her leadership the town transformed the long-vacant Ames property into a thriving mixed-use development poised to soon become one of our top commercial taxpayers in the town. She led the revitalization of the blighted Straska Farm property into the Rocky Hill Community Farm, a public space for recreation, community gathering, and future tourism.
Mayor Marotta has worked in bipartisan fashion with the Town Council and committees to partner with the Connecticut Municipal Development Authority to begin shaping a Village District along the Silas Deane Highway, connecting our town center to the river
and honoring our Plan of Conservation and Development. And in just the past six months, Rocky Hill has welcomed the announcement of major business expansions and relocations into town, that will strengthen our economy, create jobs, and foster new
opportunities.
But progress doesn’t stop there. Through her outreach to CEOs and small business owners alike, she’s building a spectrum for economic success that reflects Rocky Hill’s identity: a great place to work, live, and play.
Mayor Marotta remains focused on inclusive growth, responsible development, and preserving the character of Rocky Hill. Her next term will continue to prioritize smart planning, community engagement, and economic vitality, ensuring that Rocky Hill remains not only a destination, but a home.
Better Plan. Better Path. Better Rocky Hill. Let’s keep building it together.
